Its hard to pinpoint over the forum without actually looking at it. You can have one of possibly 4 problems,
1. cats are clogged
2. something is installed in-correctly
3. you have a throttle body malfunction
4. a/f sensors are not functioning properly

I have no check lights on tho so how do I check these problems to check if they work right or not...should I have my simulators in...?

Get a digital thermometer to check the cats. Check the temp from the top of the cat and the bottom of the cat. For you to check the o2 sensors you will need a scanner and do a diagnostic on that. If you cant access a scanner your looking in the dark.
