Snow is here! What tires should I get?
Snow hit the Northern VA area this past weekend. I have alternative cars (s2000, subby for winter and the GS430). The GS right now has summer tires (very low profile, 25 series). I wanted to get thicker rubber for the GS and figured I might as well get All-Seasons instead of summer tires so I can at least semi-drive the GS this winter.
My rims are 20". What does everyone else here drive around all year around? Please recommend me some specific tires that has reasonable value so I can order from Tire Rack. Thanks!

i just looked up Cont DWS and they are NOT cheap! They are running like $300 each for the rear and $200 for the front and I guess I'm expected to spend about $1100 on them? Does that sound right. Is this what I should expect to pay for 20" rims?

i think he's looking for a all season only.
the dws's i finally had a chance to take em for a ride in the snow yesterday with about 1-3 inches of snow only and it performed fairly well, i was still a little nervous going down steep hills but the car did not slide/fish tail/peel out at all & thats with the snow mode on. Im currently on 18's and its good enough for my daily ny driving.
