RH&B is always good.
Cheescake factory is good but, the wait is usually just insane. A group of co-workers tried to get together at the Cheescake Factory at White Flint Mall over the weekend. It was a 2.5-3 hour wait. It was literally a 45-minute wait just to get a pager. There was a waiting-list for the waiting-list!

not in annapolis... 30 miles west of annapolis prolly will be but annapolis will be like 60 and usually is a little cooler than parts inland in the spring and summer.
