The SRT ECU is only designed to account for the intake and the stock exhaust. Once you are able to tune your intake and exhaust, that should give you more than the 10 - 20 you're looking for (depending on the tuner).

Engine search was completed a little over a week ago. I should have my car back sometime this week and a friend of mine wants to buy the bad motor and rebuild it. He's into that kind of stuff and he was already looking for a 2jz

Well the exhaust upgrade is meaningless with the SRT ECU so getting a Air Fuel Controller will free up the HP gains from the aftermarket exhaust.
The SRT ECU is only designed to account for the intake and the stock exhaust. Once you are able to tune your intake and exhaust, that should give you more than the 10 - 20 you're looking for (depending on the tuner).
