seeing that it might be difficult to gather people saturday night, i suggest midnight Friday evening to meet at the halal spot.. If anyone has a better idea on where to line up our rides, please advise... I will be driving up that night and will most likely get there by then.. who is up for this?

did u guys end up meeting at the halal spot before Memorial Day? Im wondering how u guys parked bc rollers down there are tight and will ticket u with the quickness and there used to be a random stop to check for drunk driving. Anyway, there are mad people to stunt on down there..would love to see the faces of the people (even more so, the girls faces) when u guys roll up. BTW that place is always crowded on the weekends, all the drunk party people. LAMB+Rice+Pita FTW! no dry chicken please!

I have to agree, with Chris and Lex Luga. Their chicken is way too hyped. I like some of the other spots that offer the brown spicy rice with seasoned chicken, not the bland stuff. There is a spot in BK thats real good on 86th and 5th ave right next to the citi bank. There is usually a line out there too (nothing like the 53rd and 6th line) but its well worth the wait. Not all Halal food is created equally.

I think that 53rd and 6th has it's good days and bad days, I have gone multiple times: 1st time Combo, chicken was GREAT and lamb was eh. 2nd time chicken(because of 1st time), chicken was so bland, 3rd time just lamb(because of second time), lamb was great. All three times I had zero wait, right after a cleaning from the dentist around 2PM.
I have gone to the one on 86th in Bklyn, and it's alright, but I think the one on Church Ave and McDonald Ave is better as far as Bklyn Halal goes.

after the rayle meet how bout you guys just get chicken and rice from homelawn st and hillside avenue in queens...i think that spot is better...cleaner, meat is marinated, and they give you more meat, but they close at 9 i think...or how about you guys go out to eat near the raylle meet...i know a lot of restaurants around there since i used to valet for most of them..some of the really good ones are fino rosso (italian), la pace (mexican), and some other places i just can't think of right now
