Thanks Lexus Of Queens
So this post is just to point how much you guys should avoid Lexus of Queens. This is an operation that is just is here to make money, yes I know its a business but its also about service.
Sorry if any of you work there but seriously...when you drop of your car in the morning, there are certain expectations.
1- Dont be opening the glove box or center console and helping your self to lose dollars, CD's or anything else that might be in there. Naturally they helped themselves.
2- Dont destroy my leather, step plate and then act like it was like that from the get go.
Choose another dealer for service. They tried to tell me that my air leak sound coming from the sunroof is caused from some front end work. Literally I got my hood and bumper repainted because I got tired of the rock chips. Lexus of Queens your a joke.

how about this one. i called them asking for a 2002 is300 bulb size so thsi way i can buy bulbs for my car. instead of saying d2r they tell me there is no bulb size, just a 6 digit part number and the only way i can buy bulbs is from them

sorry to hear about your service at lexus of queens.
I dropped by in 2007 to pick up a GS350Awd and ended up leaving and going to Infiniti for a 2007 M35 Sport. From sales to service, Lexus of Queens is just unsat.

i believe tach motor used to work there also...
i also don't like that place because they told me they had a white RX with factory dvd-tv's but it was clearly a dealer (or more like besy buy installed) tv in the headliner when i got there. the loser still stuck with his story until i showed him how calling lexus and providing the vin will tell what options came from the factory.
