yeah man some rosemary would really bring out the flavors in the chicken,, maybe some kind of sage too

Smitty just found out I got a family members funeral to attend on Saturday so Im out. Wish I could of made it......I was looking forward to this.

Folks, for those of you who know Stan Wong he has a white 2IS, he is currently being hospitalized. I do not know all the specifics but he is not in good shape. I know he was planning on making it out to Smitty's BBQ. Let us all please set aside a couple of minutes of our time for prayer to our fellow NELOC/CL and ISF brother in hopes that he gets better soon. I am praying he is well enough to make it out to this event.

Sorry about your loss Chance. My condolences.

Hope Stan gets better. Any update as to what's going on?



UPDATE:
Weather is not looking too good. Right now its perdicting 40% chance of rain and a high of only 42 degrees.

I'm going to keep monitoring the weather all day today and tomorrow. I'll make a call by tomorrow afternoon if we need to reschedule. Definitely not worth having a BBQ if the weather is bad. I know a reschedule sucks. Had to do it for the first BBQ but the next weekend was amazing. But everyone do the no rain dance.

BBQ Rescheduled:
Due to the weather not looking good BBQ is rescheduled to the following Saturday (April 2nd) Sorry for the inconvience. Hope everyone can still make it out.

So far the forcast is looking alot better for next weekend. Lets hope it all works out. Again sorry for the inconvience
