I was looking to get some references for an independent mechanic / shop who has done great work on your car and is in the NYC / Westchester / NJ areas close to NYC.

Also, would like to know what people in this area have paid for their 90 K service. I have a 2004 Lexus LS 430 with 95K miles and its time to do some major items (timing belt, water pump etc) at a dealer and the other stuff (plugs, pcv, brakes, shocks, etc when they come up) at an independent place.

PM me and i'll give you my mechanics number. He works for lexus dealership in NJ but does some work on a side on coney island in brooklyn. I dont think you'll find anything cheaper with all OEM part for your 90k service.
