I stopped by PTuning during my lunch break today to get some price quotes and ask about their services. Basically everything is shown on their website, but a typical four wheel alignment is $125.00. If your car is 5" from the ground or less, add another $50. I was quoted $140 for mounting and balancing four 19" tires. So expect to pay near $280 with sales tax to get your tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. Prices for 19" & 20" tires are the same while 18" wheels are slightly less. They are also a reseller for Tirerack, so if you are going to puchase new tires, you might as well give them the business. They work by appointment only so make sure to call a few days ahead.

Unless there's a good PTuning equivelant in Maryland closer to me in Laurel, I may go all the way to Manassas to give PTuning a try. I'm going through hell right now and never want to go through this again.
The reason is that within the past few months:
1) I got my Alignment done at Integrity Auto Group (IAG) in Westminster, MD
2) I ordered my new Hankook V12 tires from Gripston
3) Mounted the tires at Radial Tire in Silver Spring.
And then what followed to deal with the pull to the left and the rough ride were Two follow up visits to Radial Tire, One follow-up visit to IAG, and finallly today, a visit to Ye Olde Wheel shop in Elkridge, MD.
Feel free to click on the links I just posted to see me cover each of those two issues in detail. The car should be smooth once I replace the two defective Hankook V12 tires that were sold to me and fix/replace the bent right rim. And I'm praying that solves the pull issue as well.
I've gone through three months of trying to get to the bottom of what was going on. And a lot of the runaround and trouble could have been avoided if I went to a place that:
a) provided the tires at a good price (which I'm assuming PTuning does as a TireRack reseller)
b) mounted/balanced the tires well (something Radial Tire didn't - it took multiple visits for a closer look. Also, I think a place with the Hunter GPS9700 could have caught it right away - this is what Ye Olde Wheel Shop used today to figure out my problems - regarding the rough ride at least)
c) Did Alignment well
d) Had people working there who were passionate, cared, and capable. I would love for someone to have taken the car on the road to feel what I was feeling - high speeds for many miles and then dedicate themselves to solving the problem.
See above and the Rough Ride post I linked to read my thoughts regarding Radial Tire.
Lastly, regarding costs:
1) Mounting/Balancing at Radial Tire in Silver Spring, MD was $25 a wheel if you get the tires from elsewhere and $15 a wheel if you get from them. (then they kept charging me $15 a tire to put my winters on and take them off).
2) Mounting/Balancing at Ye Old Wheel Shop in Elkridge, MD is $45 a wheel.
3) Alignment at IAG in Westminster, MD was $99 iirc.
