Maryland inspection stations?

Hi, can anyone recommend a state inspection shop in Maryland that is "lenient" on modded cars? It is mainly just tint. I will accept PM's if you guys don't want to make it public.

if you could perhaps let me drive the 6spd legend ill guide you in a right path, love those cars, almost bought a 6spd coupe
