Can I get some opinions on this? I've used this place for the past couple of installs but am not very satisfied with them.
Other than chain tire places, any local shops anyone trusts?

I was going to recommend the same, as I trust them with my tire work too, but looking at the Discount/America's Tire website there's no locations in MD for the OP to visit.

Have you tried looking on Yelp for reviews? Might be a good place to look for local places around you and see reviews from local people.
