Lexus Test Driver
Just shoveled out the driveway, had about 8-9 inches of snow. Both the ES and the RX are clean though as I park them in the garage everyday. Although no room for the Honda in the garage, so that sat out on the driveway.
I'm going out later today and will take pics of my salty RX. lol

My car was at the dealer the whole time getting an engine tear down, when they did the 2IS engine recall they didn't rebuilt my engine properly and when they took it apart the 2nd time I ended up with a crack piston ring and was without my car for about a month.

wow, hopefully they gave you a loaner as I'm sure they did that at least. You should take the new GS. Where did you go? Bridgewater? Haven't heard from you in a long time. Come out to the meet and greet since your very close. If you need a ride let me know. I think it is time to move on from that IS250, since that is what I did. Haven't look back.

I had a 2013 GS loaner for the recall which was a week, but then had the ES loaner for the 2nd visit which was for a month, so that kinda sucked. Overall I wasn't too mad, didn't have to spend a dime and since I got a new drive train warranty for the new engine (old warranty expired) it will help with the resale value later on.
Yeah Teo long time, I've been busy so haven't gotten around to visit CL for a while. If I have time I may drop by this weekend. I am thinking about switching up up the 2IS, either get a weekend car and downgrade it, or keep it for a few more years.
