"Who's the U-Boat Commander?"

This is a car my buddy and I bought 50/50. It was going to be completely gone through for racing. I have a kid now and and Paul just bought a old Mercedes. I'm also doing the 24hr of Lemons next summer with a 77 Chevy Monza. So this thing is money for other projects sitting.

The Big Picture...
We bought it right, threw some parts at it, fixed, cleaned, etc...
It has new Fuel injectors, fuel filter, all rubber gaskets on intake, cleaned and polished intake, K&N air filter, All belts new.

(Have brake pads for next change. But not needed for a while.)

It needs...
Driver side rear bump/smack painted. Bumper cover is fine, its just needs a spray. (pic)

Exhaust will not pass IL emissions. Why?...no clue that I have found. The cat might be "hollowed" out.

2nd gear syncro is out of whack/worn. From what I understand, its not a huge deal, but the trans-axle does need to be dropped. Again...didn't bother cause that trans was going for a build anyway. Its totally drivable, you can just tell going into second that its funky.

Its got dash cracks...great thing about this. Every 928 dash is cracked these days, looked at four different ones. Only good one was "baby poo" tan in color.
