Such a two faced dealer. They told me due to my tire wear they give me a $500 credit and a free alignment. Then I get an invoice where they say only the first alignment in repair is covered and I'm on the hook for the second alignment which was never disclosed. So in any case they made money on me charging me for the "second" alignment. Even going by market rate the parts they put in don't cost $500 including labor. A total shark tank where they'll rip the shirt off your back. I'm going to mom and pop mechanics after this and I've dealt with PP Lexus for 4 years. Even their "mending ways" and "amicable resolutions" are a scheme. They will arm twist you. All of their front office staff is Oscar level trained with poker faces. Do not be fooled by the marble or the Sirring and smiles. WATCH YOUR INVOICE LINE BY LINE AND THE TRUTH IS THERE. I will not be going there again. They charged me $190 for just labor on a four wheel alignment.

If you look up what it costs for a labor elsewhere at mom and pop stores for a four wheel alignment's labor costs then you have to be on crack cocaine to pay 190 just for labor at Park Place Lexus.

UPDATE

After posting this rant online elsewhere I was given $180 dollars back for the surprise labor charge on "Free alignment".

As a man who believes in a fair handshake I would like to disclose this settlement.

I've learned to always go into the dealerships with both eyes opened. Some are just a little better than others. I've been using a local shop for the last several years for my 2007 V8 4runner and have not stepped in the dealership since.

I don't know about healthcare costs in USA but the German Japanese luxury sedan dealership labor charges are enough to make even millionaires cringe.
