thats the car, must have gone turbo since that pic, had a front mount when i saw it

There are two around dallas that look similar like that as I recall. I know one is turbo and the other isnt but it also has been a while since i have seen them.

Black SC300/400 with FMIC. Looked to have 97 trim all around, tinted tails, slammed obviously.
