Introductions
Hey guys. I'm Robert, I live here in North Dallas and here's my new ride. Just picked it up Wednesday. 2010 IS250, navigation package, 18" graphite wheels, Matador Red with Ecru leather interior. First new car in 9 years and I couldn't be happier.

Thanks. A few weeks ago I saw a red CLK AMG 63 with a carbon fiber deck spoiler and I though it looked really good.
I saw something similar on the Sewell parts web page as well as a the carbon fiber grille surround. I think those hints of black on the red would look f-ing sharp. Other than that, I don't know.
I used a family friend who's a bit of a car broker. He has tons of personal and professional friends in the industry. I gave him a shout two weeks ago, told him what I wanted. He called last Saturday and told me he found what I wanted at Alderson Lexus in Lubbock. As for my interaction with Pete Daia at Alderson, I couldn't be happier. They were quite communicative and responsive. We tried for a couple of days to get a truck to deliver the car from Lubbock to Dallas, but to no avail. We needed to get this deal done by Wednesday to take advantage of a federal tax credit, so they had one of their employees in the finance department to deliver the car personally. She drove it out to me and I took delivery Wednesday afternoon. Afterwards, I took her to Love Field where she flew back to Lubbock. All in all, the whole thing went very smoothly.
