Doesn't anyone read my DIY on headlight work? lol
Preheat oven to 350F and then MAKE SURE!!! to TURN OFF THE OVEN!!!
You let the residual heat in the oven heat up the headlights. I have to reiterate...NEVER leave the oven on or else you will have a melted pile of goo.
Let it sit in there for 5 mins to soften up the thermoelastic sealant and then you should be able to pry apart the housings. Make sure you remove all the screws(usually 3-4 per headlight) holding the housing together first or else it will never separate.
