Something to help you chaps with VIP/show aspirations.

The criteria from Jared himself:Here are some things to consider. When I see a VIP car, it's "obvious" to me and others. If you are not "sure" your car is a VIP car, its probably not. My own car is not a VIP car, but I am so I could take it in there if I wanted, but I wont. Get it? By rule, here are some points that I am looking at for any car in the VIP garage. If they hit any (1) of these, they have great odds of getting in if we have spots.
-MSRP of $80,000+
-WHP of 650+
-Mint condition classic pre 1972
-Rare, Collector, or Unique Cars
-Fully painted drag cars
-Cars belonging to a member of RKC of high importance, or who have done something for RKC to merit the award of a VIP spot
And thats not "all of it". Some cars we "know are coming", and some "we just see", and others the owner finds me, shows me the car, and obviously there as a mistake made.
The problem is, soon, maybe this week on the 27th, the VIP garage will be full, and quickly. We wont be able to save spots, and we wont be able to give spots to anyone we dont plan on. I might even draw a map based on photos and start filling in the spots online this week so we can be better prepared...
Another option is to extend VIP to the roof, but that depends on the stairs, and more importantly, the lights. More on that soon.
I dont want to turn away a Enzo that comes at 9:05pm because a 450hp camaro got there at 8:30, get it? I will say, that coming soon, I will request that VIP cars arrive between 7:30pm-8:30pm, and not leave until 10:30pm. But once again, more discussion needs to happened with others before anything is official. These are all just things going through my head.
I want to make as many people happy as possible, and its a delicate balance to get it right. I appreciate your patience in the matter as we work to make this the best GTG you could attend.
