hey everyone.

my friend is looking into buying a leftover 09 LS460. so far he was quoted 65k plus TTL...

can he do better? its fully loaded with the ML Navi and more options I believe. the MRSP is 72k.

could anyone help me with a OTD price to ask for?

also...is there a luxury tax in texas? will the OTD price still be the same...

first time my friend is purchasing a vehicle over 60k...any help or advise at all...

I would suggest you go to www.kbb.com and look up the Invoice Cost information for this car. Invoice is what the dealer paid for the car. From there you would start negotiating. It's a good time to buy the 09 since the price will be reduced as the 10's are coming out. In my opinion the current models look a lot better than the new one. You can say I'm a little biased if you want but that's what I think haha. That's how I negotiated with our 08 600hL. I don't think there is a luxury tax but I would consider dealing with Sewell and Park Place at the same time and see which will give a better deal. I think Park Place will since I got a better deal from them. Key thing is do a lot of research have a little patience and good luck!
