Twins broke up so I'm single now.
I don't post often, hell I never posted in this section of clublexus before, but here are some pictures of my single conversion on my 93 sc300.
Some pictures on what was going in and some of what went out.
Bullseye power borg warner s366 w/ tial 44
BMPC (Ebay?) manifold.
Removing twins!! Sucks, took me 1.5 days to get them out
Mock fitting! Nothing tightened down.
How she looks right now. For some reason, I thought the aem intake would be smaller, the pipe I bought didn't fit.
Sitting on bilsteins and hypercoils with new tint. I know I have stock wheels, my twins broke so I opted to abort them first.
Turbo starts building boost around 2k but wastegate opens around 4k. I'm now driving untuned at a whopping 10psi! Currently trying to buy at least a piggy back to tune with until the standalone. Also need a tuner. Suggestions?
Opinions? What I could do better? Let me know what you guys think.

I've been on the fence on the Bullseye vs. Garrett choice for my single conversion. Been looking at S362 or GT35R. It sounds like you are pretty happy with the S366? No?
Once suggestion I have is to clean up that water neck. I've seen people weld the holes shut and have seen folks tap and use threaded plugs. It looks like it's digging into the air filter.

For turbo choice, borg warner by a landslide. Its cheaper, simpler, also has more space for the oil lines. The only question is, at least from my point of view, should you go for bullseye or airwerks?
Purists will say stay away from bullseye due with them making their own turbine wheels and, in the 300 series, they are smaller than their airwerks counterpart.
Right now, I'm debating on taking one for the team and eventually switch to an airwerks just to see if it is "better"
So far, even at a measly 10 psi, I like this turbo alot.
The water neck does sort of dig into it. Not to the point of denting it though. I kind of like to make the setup reverse-able JUST in case. So taking out the ports is not an option.
What I want to do is make an intake pipe that will at least let it clear the waterneck.
What does SBM mean? Should I know this acronym?

If you're in the DFW area, I can weld those water neck fittings shut for you so they don't rub a hole in the filter. I can also tune the car. My specialty is the AEM EMS
BTW: Your car is a awesome and true sleeper. I do not think anyone would ever expect it for the life of them that your car has a single 2JZ in it lol. The OEM Lexus 16's are a classic lol

Thanks for the compliment guys.
JeffTsai, I don't think I'll be goin standalone at the time being. Not in the budget, maybe later on this year.
Are you willing to tune piggybacks? I'm researching the emanage blue right now with the timing and injector harness. Let me know if you are familiar.
