[EVENT] Toys 4 Tots Car Meet 12/19/2010 (Sunday) 1PM to 5PM
MOOAARRRRRR PEOPLE!!!
My team and Calvin 16Niss will be doing a Toys 4 Tots Car Meet.
Location : Lava 10 401 E State Highway 114 Grapevine, TX 76051-4142 (817) 329-5282
Date/Time : Dec 19, 2010 (Sunday) 1PM to 5PM
Team Just One & 16NISS would like to invite you to come join us in a HUGE HUGE car meet all dedicated to the miss fortunate kids. It will be like a block party. There are very very limited on parking spot if you want a legit spot. If not you will be on the side of the street l...ike majority. Please let everyone you know about this event.
****Procedures****
1. It's going to be a block party style kind of meet. The restaurant is located off the service road next to Fedex. Behind us is a hotel and then a long empty street. The main attractions will be Team Just One & 16NISS located behind the restaurant . The goal is to park anywhere you like EXCEPT in front of the restaurant where the regulars dine. The owner would like to reserve that area for people who want to enjoy their Sunday lunch. PLEASE PLEASE COMPLY TO THAT REQUEST.
2. There will be signs to help direct you to your designated area. There's really nothing to it, roll in and find yourself a nice parking spot. Don't be a Douche and take up 2 parking spots.
3. Park then come on over to the booth to donate your toys! =] After that go hang out, check out the rides, and if you're feeling hungry come in and get some SUSHI OR GRILLED FOOD. If you're a drinker there will be special drinks for that day and if you're a football fan, we will also have the cowboys and redskin game on!! ;D

Okay seem like majority rules on having it sometime in the evening. I will work that out.
Toys part im talking to my owner and asking if he willing to agree to this. Each person that donate a toy will receive a raffle ticket that is valet for a 10% off discount on their meal ticket.
