Join car enthusiasts from across DFW at one of the areas LARGEST theaters for a car meet like you have never seen! RICEKILLER has teamed up with AMC Mesquite 30 to bring you a car meet to kick off the midnight launch of "Fast Five", Universals 5th installment of the popular "Fast & The Furious" movie series.

The event begins at 9pm with the car meet in the North Parking Lot! Look for the Monster Camaro setup! All cars are welcome, all makes and models, and all forums are encouraged to attend! The car meet is totally free! While the car meet is going, you can pre-purchase your tickets for the 12:01 show in a specific theater set aside for OUR GROUP. If over 500 attend, then we will open a 2nd theater!

ARMED SECURITY WILL BE IN THE PARKING AREA WHILE WE ENJOY THE MOVIE!

Cause if you have Fast & Furious sitting out in the parking lot, while everbody is inside watching Fast & Furious. Then no one is watching there rides. Sounds like a perfect time for Fast & Furious to happen to your own ride. LOL.

The reason I asked was because my initial thought was AMC 30 has gotten run down over the years. It's "the hood" to say the least. I was wondering if everyone else thought the same lol. I wonder how the meet turned out though, I bet it had a nice turnout.

I dont participate in these just because I have been to those meets with those movies...I hate when people try to re enact the movie after the movie...This is why I do not go on show day. I am just going to download it...It doesnt look that great anyway.

I'll probably end up catching it today at Northpark sometime.. Not expecting it to be great but I have watched them all to stop now.
