So as the title says. If anyone in the DFW wants their GS400/430 to go faster, I will do it for free.
This involves doing a swap of your rear differential with the one I have. If you heard of people doing the 3.76LSD out of the Supra TT, this is almost the same modification, just minus the LSD. You're making the rearend gear taller so you get some pretty impressive acceleration. I have a 3.92 gear rear differential end and I want to swap with your GS400 rear diff. I've done this before on another GS400 in the past and the acceleration increase is very significant.
The only downside is that you will cruise on the highway at a slightly higher RPM. At 60mph on the highway, it will be at around 2700rpm or so. It will use a little more gas, not too much unless you are gunning it all around town(which you might for a few days with your newfound acceleration lol).
Anyways, I'm offering a free swap with you. I will do all the labor to swap the rear differentials. Anyone interested let me know

It's really not that bad. I have the 3.92 gears in my gs400. I'm still hitting 21 mpg. Just keep your foot out of it. I don't see why you can't get the same. I never calculated what I was getting before the swap. What are your mpgs in the highway?

Hey, do you still have your stock rear diff when you did the swap? I want the lower rear end gear so I can hold boost for longer in each gear. I have plenty of power to move the car, just want to stay in each gear longer. Now, for non boosted guys it's the other way around lol.
