Thumbs up Thumbs up for Park Place Bodywerks

I just got my car back ('11 IS 250) and it looks great!

I will certainly use them again, I just hope I don't have a reason.

i will not for the following reasons..

1) no communications for updates of the repair
2) hardly return phone calls
3) took them 2 months to fix my car
4) got tire marks all over my interior seats that are not coming off, in fact i am stopping by there today and have them clean it, we will see what they say if they realize that it is impossible to do so
5) the thing that **** me off the most is that finally they returned my phone call, and told me that the car is almost ready, just needs to do the assemble all the parts together. However, when I stopped by to check up the status, i found the lips have not even been painted.. that delayed another 4 days until i get my car back.

In the past two months i been driving a rental and my insurance does not cover it... all i really wanted from them is give me an estimate of time and yet they fail to do so...

Gabriel is a bad service manager over there, I demanded for a change and James, who replaced Gabriel is awesome tho.

So if u use Park Place Bodywerks, they don't provide a loaner like they do with servicing? That really stinks that the insurance won't cover the rental. Was the rental a car from the dealer or something like enterprise? I hope all is good with the car now.

Sometime it has to do with what policy you have with your insurance company. It's extra $ but will protect you if it's your fault or theirs in an accident.
