Just wanted to post a quick note praising Sewell Lemmon Ave for excellent customer service this week.

I took my 06 350 in for recall work. This was my first experience with them and they kicked a$$! They did the Valve spring replacement and Master Cyl repair. I mentioned that at start up the car had what sounded like a valve train rattle. They inspected it while the top end was torn down and changed out the cam gear actuators while they were in there. SWEET! Now my Lexus doesn't sound like an 80's MB Diesel!

Even got a Is350C for a loaner for a couple days.

I will definitely be spending my money with them moving forward!

Agreed.. We took my girlfriend's IS there so they could look at the melting dash issue. After inspection they agreed to replace the dash free of charge. Factory warranty expired and all. Excellent service!

 

I got my IS from them. Ed Chan is a great and worked with me. Right before I purchased the car I lost my physical DL and had to order a new one. He took just the print off from online and got me in the car!
