for the past 2 days i have seen this car drive by my building just when i have been out on break, but haven had a chance to catch a pic.. till today.. i walked outside for a cig and what do i see, that dam red car again, but he was actually parked right outside my building.. chances = slim

well it was about 230 in the afternoon, right out front of 550 broad st.. pulled up behind the hot dog truck/roach coach..
