East Coast SUPER MEET? SE meets NE. 2005? Some thoughts?

Hameed from our forum (and owner of ClubLexus sponsor Prudens Consulting) had graciously agreed to help build and host a website for our meet.
Why do we need a website? Since we're promoting this event across several enthusiast sites we want to make it easy to:
a) have one stop shopping for all the info needed for the meet
b) make it easy to put a URL on a flyer that may be displayed at a Lexus dealer (having somebody type https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...98#post1148598 isn't very easy)
c) make it easier to promote our meet to potential sponsors for it
d) automate the sign up process so we can get the total number of participants, information on their Lexus, contact information, etc
e) collect links to meet discussion on the various Lexus enthusiast websites
f) it's cool
Hameed has done this for our Tail of the Dragon meet for two years running now (thanks) with great success, and you can check it out for a general idea of what the new one will look like. He's going to automate the sign up process for confirmed attendees on the new one. www.lexusdragon.com is the URL.

Hey guys, you are welcome!!! I find this stuff to much fun not to pass it up! 
My suggestions on naming the event is that if we plan to make this an annual event, we should not put in the year as part of the name.

I agree Hameed. I DO like the year in it, but doesn't make sense if we have to re-register, will lose links on search engines, etc.

hameed your right. makes sense to me. ECLM mayb instead to add the lexus in thier? i wish there was something i could to help but i can't really do anything except help on promoting the event when we comfirm dates and locations..
