actually he's right Stella......when you go to the park with your friends or family, it's fine no worries..when you head to a park with a BUNCH of people, the park troopers start getting ancy and want permits for big meets especially when you factor in BBQ's and the such
At least, thats the way it works in NY
I'll be down to host a BBQ in my backyard as soon as I finish some small remodeling and we have ample parking in front for a good 15 cars, 20 or more if you don't mind walking a block
