Hello fellow Lexus owners,
I am new to this forum and have to say how wonderful it is. I just purchased a 2006 GS 300awd and just love it. I would like to get my windows tinted and was wondering if anybody could recommend a good shop in the Morris, Union or Essex county New Jersey area.
Also in NJ I think they limit you on how dark you can tint your windows. Does anyone have any information on this?

You can tint the windows any way you like on the rear doors and rear glass. Any tint on the front is illegal. But I would just tint the whole thing anyway and hope a cop isn't having a bad day.

I just bought a new Denali and im trying to tint the front windows and the windshield(not thats illegal!). Anyone goot reccomendations in north jersey

My 2 cents' worth--I have a good friend who's a cop in North Jersey. While he was working undercover in a multi-area task force, he drove a car that had tinting all around.
he was pulled over repeatedly (with guns drawn) because of the windows and mods to the car. If a cop can't see what's going on in the car, he's not going to be relaxed from the start.
