white SC in freehold/jackson??

whos white lowered SC with exhaust was on 537 getting on 195. this was in jackson headed towards trenton. ??

i live at the corner of 537, 524(elton-adelphia) and 527(smtihburg) and i never seen that before.

i was driving home and i saw a car like right behind me...not tail gated but he was kinda agressive. the min i got on 195 he went right past me. he wasnt boosting though.
