help clean my 98 hid headlights !!!!!!!
my headlights look very dirty from the inside and was wondering if anyone in the new jersey, new york area can help me talk the lights apart and clean them up and also seal them up so no condensation can get back in them.

He is right about the exterir of the lights. Try those products. The condensation inside the lights is a common problem with the gs's even the 06 suffers that problem. They use weak rubber in Japan for the seal around the lights. It does not stand up well to the sun and heat.

The oven method is pretty easy Rottweiler. I did it with my SC. Just go slow and dont force anything. Take the extra time and they'll come out better than new!

Come to think of it...If you need a hand let me know. Never done this specific mod but I'm always down for DIY..love getting down and dirty. Plus i may remove the orange turn signal lens in mine so i can match it with my yellow fogs and clear sidemarkers.

The Gs head light lens is glass unlike the sc's (could be wrong about material for sc). If you have HID with the self leveling, I would use extreme caution because it is very expensive to replace if you screw up.. I will eventually change mine out to the sport design version with the black inner housing.

I forgot about the self-leveling!
But as for the glass, some versions of the Supra have glass housing and they have sucessfully been through the oven method.

I can attest that the SC assembly is intricate as well. If you take it slow and methodical, it's not that bad of a job.
And the reseal with silicone ends up being better than OEM!
