Default Snowboarders check in

Any boarders on CL? Hitting up Hunter Mountain tomorrow to shred, although there doesn't seem to be much snow. I went last week on Thanksgiving and it was snowing like crazy all day. Too bad the weather this week went up again.

Just got back from snowboarding in Stratton, Vermont last night after staying the weekend. It was fun and all until I got a speeding ticket on the way back home. Damn popo said he was pacing me and that I was doing almost 80 in a 50mph zone, but was being nice and put down 68. Gotta find a lawyer so I won't get the 2 points.

SGT, how much does it usually run you to stay for the weekend in vermont? Average costs of staying, food, lift tix, etc....my bro, a friend and i are thinking of doing a weekend somewhere up there at least once this season. The only places we've boarded have been local (windham, hunter, mountain creek). We might be going to Hunter on the 22nd... Thanks..

Well we got a nice group discount for going with Ski Klub so the entire weekend costed $139 + food.

I also went to Mt. Snow for New Years Eve weekend and that costed $290. No group discount on that since my girl and I went alone.
