BTW, I decided to return those "clear plate covers" and just get regular black powder coated frames. I figured it isn't worth the risk since I still have two tickets pending.

did anyone get the spray
if anyone got the spray does it work. or that cover .
but what happens when you return your plates to dmv and it has that spray on it. what happens ??
remember the plate is not yours it belongs to the dmv
