Don't know if that will help Jack, but that site (Automotive International) is a very quality-minded business, as they give training to the dealership techs/ body shop people on how to detail cars.
Not exactly word of mouth, but if they list a detailer on there, chances are good that the detailers are educated on the trade and abide by certain principles and practices. That's the only Boston based detail shop on there. Best of luck.

I know this is a very old thread but I wanted to give props to the guy who does my detail work - Jason at

i highly recommend Driven Perfection, just south of boston in the town of Weymouth, Public transportation is close to it.
