When I lived in CT for 4 years, I usually brought my ES to the Westport location for service work. I actually have done 90K packages for both my '96 and '01 ES, so the service manager kinda knows me well 
I think it's a matter of who you know which determines the success of service work. However I do like how Greenwich service is open late until 11PM every weeknight, and the loaner program isn't too bad either.
