Thats true,,,very true,,it doesnt take a mod. to put together a meet, but I believe its the the mods. job/duty/desire to instill excitment, stir creativity within there prospective forums, another member stated that afew other forums dont have this distant/non-existant relationship within there forums.what signal does that send to the new comers that are here looking for that brotherhood existance...IMO those cross-club meet threads should of never showed up in our forum without us being invited from the propective clubs mod.so we dont look like a bunch of nobodys crashing a meet unannounced..It seems like we are left to our own devices.
There is nothin' like a CL meet

hey if it helps any, myself and gs400rcrx are relative newbies and we threw a meet in the wintertime and had a great turnout from PA NY and NJ, CLexus and Tri State VIP came out strong. it was only for a little while and it was blistering cold, but everyone seemed to have a great time.
don't be discouraged
CL has lots of cool ppls. doesn't have to be a mod suggesting a meet, or a ton of cars present. I would've been happy if 5 people showed up but I got 25 lol. I've found that the PEOPLE behind the cars are the most important things to see and meet at these events, not the vehicles. The cars are our excuse to meet (our very expensive excuses might i add) XD.

I will be passing 110 to get home on Saturday night, coming from BK. I will definitely will be there. I'm a newbie to the CL. This will be my first meet. My UL has no mods, so I hope I can still hang with you fellows. Mine is fully loaded, but, also is completely stock, not even rims. Looking forward to see some of your cars in person!!!!

actually went by there by mistake tonight, ended up at d&b with the gs and saw a ****load of cars and people standing around, but i was too ashamed to stop since i was in my nissan sentra rental... i saw a gold gs with some chrome wheels as i was passing... wonder who that was?

Once again the Lexus meet disappointed me. No lexus was there and if they were there they stayed long enough for a drive by look. "ohhh..cops are here lets go." That was one of the main reason I have heard from these Lexus members. What are you guys so scared of? and once again the 350z's and G35's stayed strong and stayed as members.
