I'm gonna try out this guy Gus at techknik 1 in da city for detailing

but for the most part I was my car at home with a boar's head brush, bucket o water n griot's garage goodies. i'mma try out optimum no rinse car wash after my bottle of griots car wash soap runs out

i usually wash in my driveway. and yea Armor all isnt good for ur dash, heard some bad things about it.

Amoral is great. I used it on my IS when I bought it new, the dash looks phenominal with it. Glossy and clean with no residue. Who says it isnt good? Cheap and works fantastic.

IIRC Armorall is sillicone based and if applied to the dash and exposed to the sun then that leads to cracking.

I do my own car everytime. Yes winter blizzards included lol just not as frequent. Winter I wash with ONR and rest of the times foam gun presoak and 2 bucket method.

Miami Car Wash on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow is the best place for a quick wash in my area. Prices range but I usually get the "south beach" special for about $15 i think... They are usually very thorough but for a full detail I haven't quite found that out yet but they offer that service there.

Masters on Hemp. tpke Elmont does Nite wash from 5pm-7pm Exterior only for $8.. Hand Wash so its a good deal..
