My RX just passed the quarter-million mark, and in celebration - and hopes to let it see another few anniversaries - I want to take it in for a thorough inspection and have a few things looked at (whines, shakes) that I don't feel comfortable handling myself. Does anyone know of a good shop in Brooklyn that will take good care but won't charge more than the car is worth at this point? I'm in Park Slope, and while I'm willing to drive a bit, the two shops I've seen recommended in the city limits are both in Jamaica, which could easily top an hour each way from me.

There is a shop that I frequent with my GS in Brooklyn. They do all of my work. Its located on McDonald Avenue and Avenue O, it called ICE. Ask for Roman and tell them that Vlad with the Blue Lexus GS sent you. He'll take care of you.
