I have a Black Sapphire Pearl. It's pretty much like a black car. I had it for two weeks now (brand spanking new) and I can see the paint isn't so durable. If I look hard enough, I can see a few swirls here and there. It's my first time with a black car.

I make sure I decline dealer complimentary washes because I'm pretty sure that's not such a good idea. But yeah, I live in the Flushing area. Any suggestions for no brush car washes?

I wish I could do it at home, but I just don't have the time or the place to.

Thanks!
Although not in Brooklyn, this place is in Lodi NJ right over the George Washington Bridge. It's called Dr. Detail and he is on Rt 46 West. He detailed my Lexus SC430 when I got it and in a word, Outfriggingstanding. For a wash and a vacuume its 25 bucks but worth every penny. its at least a 45 minute job, they dry your door jambs and under the hood, trunk area etc. I am not a shill for this Dude )Althogh he is a great guy) They just do amazing work.
Good Luck,
Lou

The Wash Experts, 2390 Mcdonald Ave. Coney Island. it's a hand wash, your car is done in a warehouse type building. if you need some LEDs or grill wrapped or even tints... 180 Customs is right next door.

Syd, have you been their before? What was your experience like? What do they charge?
Anyone have a suggestion for Long Island?
