Default Car Inspection time + Window tints

So it's time for the car to get inspected. I have tints on my windows, 55% i believe, and as many of you know front window tints in NJ is illegal. Is there any way around this, without having to remove my front tints? Thanks!

Take your chances and wait until July when the state checks emissions only and drops safety inspection

No, even if you schedule for July, your expire before then so they would do the inspection as if it were pre-July.

I would still go through the station in July. By then, they might be in a mixed situation and not do it right, so they'll pass you. If not, worse comes to worse and you fail, then go to a private station and pay the guy like $80 or whatever and get it passed. Those private stations will pass a 1-wheel, no windshield car any day.
