I had a very bad experience with them , where they were lying to me and trying to take me for a ride . Not at all expected from a lexus dealership-- pretty disappointing .

I hope you don't base your opinion about Lexus on this one dealer. Yes, there are a few out there (read northern NJ). Go south and it's much better. I do.

Just go to another dealer or be more involved with your situation. Ask to look at the concern or appropriately ask the manager for help. One person that isn't Lexus but an employee for them shouldn't be your final evaluation. Come on people no matter what Lexus is the best and will always be the best no matter what garbage the news says or believe it or not a difficult customers perception is. Two things that I always say is don't argue with A-holes cause people from a distant can't tell who the A-hole is. Also if all the happy people you say as much as the unhappy people we would have a 98per happy vs 2per unhappy people.
Truth is that's what the Survey says.
