tinted window tickets

tinted window tickets
I got two tinted windows tickets, the reader they used displayed one side @ 29% and the other at 31%. The cop told me each ticket is ten dollars, but I have a feeling he is lying. There is no price on the tickets either. Anyways, can I fight the ticket that says 29%?

nope he lied to you they are like $100 tickets each but you can get them dismissed if you just get a receipt from any body shop or tint shop and write down that you got a tint removal and write $50 for the tint removal ...go to court...show them a copy of the receipt and they will dismiss it i do it all the time

Happen to me as I drove thru GA from FL to NY I had 5% all around and 75% on windshield. had no choice but to pay it but I left them on till I got another ticket in NY soon after thats wen I fought it wont and replaced my tints with light ones

yeah thats news to me...wtf...
My wife got one in our lex...its got 18% on it....She called me a little mad, told her she should have showed a little more leg or something.
In delaware your not allowed anything on the front two windows. Nothing.

i went with serge (uaaction) to court for his tint tickets. he got a ticket for tints in the rear window and in the front window. we had niloy (jdmaddict) take a pic of a gray is350 with no tints and photoshop his plates onto the car. the judge and officer fell for the picture dismissed the rear windows (since theyre legal) and reduced his tint ticket to 50 i believe with a $20 surcharge (for going to court)

I might need to do this in the future as both my gs and ls has 20% all around. Suck that you have to take a day off form work to go to court.
