i'm down for helping with the bumper swap

im not doing a bumper swap. i just need some help taking off the front bumper so i can swap the fog bulbs out with the 14k HIDs i have.

thanks for the offer man. i got the bumper off today with my buddy, but the HID power harness wasnt long enough and the fogs dont have enough watts to power up the ballasts on their own so i have to rig something up to work

is there a writeup on the hid fogs for the 2nd gen is?

I believe there is a write up but many ppl use different brands of hid. Some have mounted the hid behind the front bumper while others have taken the wheel wells off n mounted it as close as possible to the light

i know how to install HIDs. the problem was the power wire wasnt long enough to reach the battery so i decided to leave it alone

yeah it sucks. i might give it another whirl tomorrow and run to my audio shop and pick up a longer wire
