Auto body shop needed for SC

Anyone in queens or Long Island have a body shop for installing a new front and rear bumper. I have all the parts but it just pretty much only needs paint and some bondo her and there. Anyone recommend a shop or have a shop where I'm not gonna get raped with the price????
