All i can say about this dealership is that their service is top notch. it is the only lexus dealership in chester county so it holds a large burden but I just went in yesterday, without an appt, and asked them if they could turn off my ugly daytime running lights (DRL's). They took my car and brought it right in. while i waited in their very cozy waiting room I was greeted by sales staff and asked how they could assist me in waiting and if I needed anything, then showed me the restrooms and free "breakfast coffee".... Which I enjoyed. The whole process took less then ten mintues and was done as a "courtesy" to me. I also asked about thier service specials which were actually quite reasonable.

Reasons for posting....
- The dealership shut off my DRL's without any words against it.
- They were quick, friendly, and a pleasure.
- If I can't tackle a job on the car, I'd be happy to go there.
