FBF meet date poll

I've been following the CL's meets and was frustrated that I couldn't make the previous meets. As soon as a firm date is set, I would very much like to attend the next meet. I seem to agree with most members that weather would be on the cold side as we get further into Nov. So Nov 10 sounds good to me. Someone mentioned a little autoX action would be a possibility (if we get a hanger). I think that would be great also. Looking forward to setting my sched. on a firm date of the meet. I'll try to get some of the other ISs to come also. We can have some sort of a Lexus meet/car show , maybe even a autoX event. Looking forward to it.

Dennis, I'm good with any date aslong as I have the day off after... I just spoke the Ethen (Static911) and he's shipping me out a bunch of CLUBLEXUS stickers for the upcoming meet.. So whoever wants some for there car this time can have them, for free.... Because at the last meet people wanted to buy my last pair.... Dennis I'll call you, so we can do this....

Here are the updates on the FBF
We cannot rent a hangar. They don't rent them
We cannot hold an auto-cross. They don't allow it.
I called the NYPD driver training department of FBF to ask if we can rent their driver training facility and they almost cursed me out and told me it wasn't open to civilians.
Fee's associated with holding events @ FBF
$25 yearly fee for permit
may require $1,000,000 liability insurance
$100 fee per event on the picnic area for up to 100 people
conference room is $25 per event per usage + $25 administrative fee

I don't think you tell them ahead of time that they you will use the airplane hangers, I think you just use them and ask for forgiveness if they stop and say something to you. I'm hoping EWilson will post to let us know how the BMW groups use them.
I will try to get there on time for this one and if I don't find anybody, I'll head straight to Kings Plaza...lol.
mrsypher, I'll bring the black walnut wood samples again so that you can check them out.

the permit I applied for is under Club Lexus and Dennis Lee. If we use the hangers without their permit I can get fined 10 grand for it. Lets not do that. Information from your BMW buddy would be helpful. This time I applied the usage of the building conference room so we can be out of the rain if it does come.
