Any good experienced with service department of MD's dealers ? Any recommendation ?
Hi all,
Has anyone had good experience with service department in any Lexus dealers in MD? It is time for my 2012 GX 460 to have 5K miles service so I am looking for a good dealer to go. Any recommendation? Thanks a lot.

Not sure if you're still looking, but I recommend Lexus of Annapolis. Excellent people there and their techs will go on road tests with you. This was important to me since I originally took mine to Silver Spring Lexus (they were the closest)...had to take my convertible back several times for rattles. They would claim to fix them, yet nothing would change. I kept asking them to let me drive around with a tech to explain where the rattles were coming from and they wouldn't do it. Then it would take days for them to return my calls.
