my only concern is that if its not raining or it cold .. 'cause if its either one then we can't just stay outside so it has to be indoor..

Take it to the track. Change of venue I think is in order, at least for one meet.

Default Question

If we decide track...what type of fee are we talking about and what are the alternatives (i.e. do we lose our cash) if there is bad weather?

I have yet to hear from the track but it looks like its going to be $50 for 6 runs. If we cancel its $15 per entrant. THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED. As long as we reschedule (in case of bad weather) there should be no penalty. I'm also looking into group rate.

If we don't have enough people willing to run their cars I've take the liberty to contact another group (6 cars) that are willing to run.

They will also setup a eliminator type contest. You will get time slips for 60' 300' 600' 1320' and reaction time for all 6 runs and its laser timed.

I will post exact details when I get a call back from them.

You will also have a chance to buy Sunoco 112 octain gas so we should run our gases down as low as possible before you get there.

Also to make our meets more interesting and to give people incentives to run their cars I've been talking to several tracks (local airports) and a friend who can provide us with 50 cones to setup a auto-x event and stuff.

Well, I'm in for a meet whenever it gets warm... But the Turbo will not be joining us... I told Mo at SRT that I want all my piping to be Polished... He told me that he'd have to send them out and it'll take about 10 weeks... So I'm guessing late April- May it'll be going under the knife.... So let's do this... How about this.... The next day it reaches 60 degrees just head out to FBF and I'll be waiting...

But seriously, lets try to make a solid date and place....
