dennis. the track idea was great but i think this time we need to focus on a meet where we are all together and can sit in a parking lot and converse and view EVERYONES car. kind of like the brooklyn meet but better. (everytime we had that meet it was cold or rainy, so i think with some warm weather everyone can have a nice shiny waxed car) same place is fine or a new location.
this LI meet i really didnt get to see anyone, plus over a 2hour drive made it hard to get there early. what ever we pick lets just be able to all be together in the same spot.

I'm down for auto-x or back to the track but Englishtown this time. Either one I am happy with, but I voted for auto-x. Want to see how my new suspension mods do, hehe

I wasn't able to come to the last meet cus. it was on Sat. I'm down for anything Auto-cross or group caravan of Lexus driving aroung back roads. Can we please have the meet on SUN?

auto X (cross)
Auto crossing is alot of fun. Basically ya set-up a road course with cones & drive thru. it timed. I auto-cross with SCCA solo2. I personally think that the drivers exam road test should be the Auto-cross cus. it teaches you how to handle your car in extreme situations. MUCHO fun.

I don't think its a viable option for us rent englishtown exclusively for us. That is not a possibility.
I know more people are voting for the FBF type meet but what about the backroads 100 mile course?
Imagine driving the backwoods of westchester and lower connecticut and stopping by at a homely diner and having lunch. Enjoy the view type of thing.......
