Damn Angel, that's a long ways away! You should probably get in touch with PAULGS430 and 2001HiTechGS since I think they'll be leaving from Philly, and that's along the direction you'll be going. I know the schedule may slightly change on that day depending on how many people/cars are coming at certain times, but we should be having the BBQ picnic between 1 and 2pm...

I think about 10+ people should post their cell phone numbers ... that way when I am lost, I have some people to call to help me out 
But really, I should get a few contact numbers so that I can call and let everyone/someone know approx. what time I will be making my arrival ... so everyone can prepare for my fashionably late entrance

Just to let you guys know, I picked up a cantaloupe, grill utensil kit, pack of veggie burgers, and some alumnium take-out containers. I'll contact those I haven't seen posting lately and confirm their food assignments. Now I gotta go wash and wax my car

It will be nice if a lot of you guys put their names up on the windshield or the window so that other members know who they are. I mean when we get to the parking lot ,may be one of you guys got one of those white marker that write on the windows.

gots lots or pickles, 4 kinds of cheese (yes lexusk8, I got a pound of jalepeno cheese), Beth has got the fruit salad, pasta salad, and an extra....she made brownies.
The car is all washed and waxed, inside and out. The chrome is bling blinging and so what if it rains or shines, I'm hitting the road at 5:30AM.
Doug, see you at Mickey D's by 9:30am.
got the digicam and a 128mb chip ready to go.

PS, can we just print out own sign for the front window......I just spent the better part of a sunny saturday washing, waxing and cleaning the windows. I would really rather not write on the window with a car wash marker.
